Returns & Changes

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind, you can within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products return them to us and request:

  1. Exchange with the same product in a different size or color (the cost of return is borne by us, but the cost of shipping + cash on delivery to the customer)
  2. Exchange with another product that you can find on our website (the cost of return is borne by us, but the cost of transport + cash on delivery to the customer)
  3. Return credit voucher, which you can use within one month
  4. Money return

The change process is very simple and consists of the following steps:

  1. Fill out the return form that you will find in your package or the electronic return form that you will find on our website
  2. The products to be returned are placed in the package together with their original packaging and all documents (retail receipt, bill of lading, etc.) 
  3. ACS is invited to collect the parcel from your place or you go to the nearest ACS store in your area and send the parcel free of charge to the address from which the recipient is charged 
  4. Upon receipt of the return, we either prepare the order with the new products you selected within 2 working days, or we refund the total amount of the purchase (minus shipping and cash on delivery costs) within 10 days. NOTES: We have accounts at Alpha Bank and to Piraeus Bank. In the event of a refund by depositing into your own account of another bank, you are charged with the order costs

Note: All Products returned must be in the condition they were received by the customer, with their tags and without damage. Otherwise, the company has the right not to accept the return.
